Run by a team of passionate, highly skilled and inventive people, The Freud Museum Shop has earned a reputation or one of the most original museum shops in London. Apart from selling books, prints and souvenirs, it commissions local artists and small businesses to produce exclusive products that both reflect and support the work of the Freud Museum. Over the last five years, I’ve been working closely with the Freud Museum Shop handling online shop photography and designing the brand packaging, fashion and stationery items. To promote the shop across social media, I produced GIFF photography, animations and videos to bring their products to life.

I have been very fortunate to work with Karolina over the last 5 years. A huge amount of the Freud Museum Shop’s success over this period can be credited to her artistic and professional input as her enthusiasm, knowledge and skills have helped to bring our shop brand to a new level. An example of this is that last year our 2018 shop’s promotional Christmas video received the main award in the Museums in Short international video competition. In Karolina’s work, either in photographs or promotional videos, our products seemed to come to life and have so much character that they tell their own stories and engage directly with our customers.
